Terms of Service
Effective date: May 5, 2025
1. Who we are
Blogr is operated by Blogr LLC, a US limited liability company ("Blogr," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our service at blogr.dev you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Blogr does
Blogr is a content automation service. After you connect a GitHub repository, Blogr scans your codebase and configuration to understand your project, then uses AI to generate blog posts and commits them directly to your repository on a schedule you control.
3. AI-generated content disclaimer
Blogr uses large language models to generate content. By using the service you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. Blogr makes no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any generated content.
- Content is committed directly to your repository. You are solely responsible for reviewing posts before they are published publicly and for any content that appears on your site.
- Blogr LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or reputational harm arising from AI-generated content committed to your repositories or published on your site.
- You should not rely on Blogr-generated content for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
4. GitHub access
To use Blogr you must install the Blogr GitHub App and grant it access to the repositories you choose. Blogr only accesses repositories you explicitly select. You can revoke access at any time from your GitHub settings. We do not store your source code beyond what is necessary to scan and generate content.
5. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Blogr. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at hello@blogr.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. All prices are in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Blogr to:
- Generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any part of the service.
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.
- Use the service in a way that violates GitHub's Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all content in your repositories and all AI-generated posts committed to them. Blogr does not claim any ownership over your content. You grant Blogr a limited license to access your repositories solely to provide the service.
The Blogr name, logo, and software are owned by Blogr LLC. You may not use them without our permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blogr LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of revenue, data, or reputation) arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
